Resources

South Asian youth deserve culturally relevant support. At SAH, we believe in creating a world where mental health resources are decolonized, destigmatized, and accessible for all.

Please consider supporting our efforts in making mental health support accessible for local South Asian youth.

Other Resources

SAH Network is primarily a low barrier social space for peer-led conversations among South Asian youth. During our gatherings, youth build supportive friendships that lead to mental wellness.

We host events such as hikes, dinners, board games, sports, or any other social activity that our members express interest in.

In addition, we host workshops in schools and community organizations as requested!

Here’s a list of local resources that may also help!

We work, study, and live in a region south of the Fraser River which overlaps with the unceded traditional and ancestral lands of the Kwantlen, Musqueam, Katzie, Semiahmoo, Tsawwassen, Qayqayt and Kwikwetlem peoples.
