Our Values
Our Mission
We aim to create space where South Asian youth and young adults can reclaim cultural healing practices to cater to their needs relating to mental health, community, social connections, and personal growth.
COMMUNITY: We all deserve good role models and connections with people like us who have similar interests and values.
WELLNESS: Everyone deserves access to resources that support their wellness, including connections to people who have knowledge and experience around maintaining their wellness.
INCLUSIVITY: Curiosity and openness to learning about other cultures, identities, abilities, genders, etc. is crucial to maintaining a joyful community.
EMPATHY: Take up space and lean on others to help you hold space.
HEALING: Explore and reclaim your cultural practices for being well. Acknowledge we are all on different lifelong healing journeys and everyone is unique!
We work, study, and live in a region south of the Fraser River which overlaps with the unceded traditional and ancestral lands of the Kwantlen, Musqueam, Katzie, Semiahmoo, Tsawwassen, Qayqayt and Kwikwetlem peoples.
