SAH Network is a collective of South Asian mental health & community professionals who want to connect south asians on themes relating to mental health. SAH hosts free social gatherings & delivers peer-level workshops. The key to lasting mental health is building strong bonds through friendship and a strong sense of community, we created SAH to be a safe space for building these connections.
